This hospital is probably the most pathetic hospital in Indore. They are just interested in making money. We had a terrible experience with their staff and administration. I will never recommend any patient or your near and dear ones.

My experience with the hospital staff and doctors have been excellent. Staff is very polite and cooperative and doctors are very supportive. Cleanliness in the hospital is remarkable. Parking in the hospital is an issue though it is universal but some efforts could be made in this regard.

Some of your staff are good but some are too newsworthy.I have been staying in DNS for two days. I feel that the nurses and lady doctors here believe that money grows on trees and whoever comes to their hospital leaves without paying. They behave like this with the patients and their families. It's like we are getting treatment in a government hospital, we have to run 10 times for everything.

Good but service was very low. I had gone through an operation with the help of mediclaim insurance. hospital done their job very slowly plus added uncertain charges. In the other point of view: 1.If u summon nurse they will come late. 2.tea was disgusting 🤮 There are some good things like: 1.doctors are so good and came regularly in their shifts. 2.rooms and bathroom were clean. 3. Some of the staff were good 👍
